Biography

Gordon Rogers leads a team of highly effective construction management professionals at the California Judicial Council in Sacramento, California, who manage FM projects in operational courthouse facilities. Gordon brings his empowering leadership style and vast experience leading an architectural practice, managing design and Facilities Management professionals serving the public sector and Fortune 500 companies.

Gordon’s expertise flourishes most during the policy development and strategic planning phases of facilities initiatives. His care and attention to detail is impactful where people live, work, learn, play, heal and worship. His passion for life-learning, combined with his first-hand expertise, yields creative and pragmatic solutions in integrating asset management, as well as design and construction management. Utilizing a variety of delivery methods, Gordon has participated in the delivery of more than $4 billion in public projects.

Gordon’s reputation as a strong, collaborative director has helped him to successfully reach beyond traditional barriers, to build positive results, and impact people and practices affecting all areas of the asset life-cycle.

Gordon currently serves as President of IFMA’s Public Sector Council.
